Application
Online application in prescribed format.

Assessment
Executive Engineer shall detail SDO/JE for verification and assessment at site in online.

Receipt of report/ assessment
Junior Engineer submit assessment to Sub-Divisional Officer in offline. SDO submit report/assessment to the Executive Engineer in online/offline.

Acceptance or rejection
Executive Engineer shall give online information on acceptance of report/assessment or rejection with reason to the applicant.

Payment
If assessment is accepted, Executive Engineer shall give online information to the applicant to deposit indemnification fee and security deposit (10%) through online (Internet banking/UPI/EDC).

Permission
After receipt of indemnification fee and security deposit, Executive Engineer shall issue permission in prescribed format. List of permits issued shall be put to public domain.

Information for starting the work
Applicant shall inform Executive Engineer about starting of ground work/road cutting at least 3 days in advance in online (through portal).

Completion report & application for SD release
Applicant shall give report on completion of work & apply for Security deposit release within 3 days from the date of completion of work in online (through portal).

Off - Season
Road cut may not be permitted during rainy season due to possible damage to road surface and erosion of road formation and difficulty in restoration.

Fee is not required by restoration cost of road cutting is to be deposited by bank challan. The amount is estimated based on the width of cutting and road width.
Any entrepreneur, public or private sector undertaking who require to install utility service component above ground, along the ground or under-ground within the ROW.
1. Reason for requiring NOC along with supporting document.
2. Clear description of proposed start and end points atretch of road where NOC is required.

Fee is not required. However, indemification may have to be submitted for restoration of any structure damaged by installation of any utilities.
