Who Should Apply

Person/persons intending to construct a building of 15 metres and above and construction of other installations like LPG godown, Oil depot etc. may apply as required by relevant Act and Rules under AMC Building Regulations, 2012 or NBC, 2016 and other provisions in other Rules / Guidelines.

Screening of application

Application received will be examined whether it is incomplete or complete. Incomplete application will have to be re-submitted by applicant.

Assessment

Director, F&ES shall detail responsible officer for verification/inspection and make assessment at site.

Receipt of report/ assessment

Inspecting Officer will submit his report/assessment to the Director, F&ES in offline.

Acceptance or rejection

Director, F&ES shall issue Provisional/Renewal NOC online to the applicant which can be downloaded or may be issued offline only after payment of required fees.

Payment will be offline till online Payment mode is made operational.

List of Document To Submit

The applicant should submit one copy of the Architectural drawing of a building complete in all respects. Plan & Drawing of the proposed installations other than building not intended for human occupation may also be submitted.

Fees And Payment

(1) Rs.1.50/- per square metre for residential building. (2) Rs.3.00/- per square metre for non-residential buildings. (3) Rs.20/- for application fee for the building/Installations regarding Fire NOC.
